Graduate Opportunities

What’s on offer?

There are several entry routes to our graduate scheme, across different areas of our business. Whichever area you join, the scheme is designed to take the most insightful, intelligent and interesting graduates and develop them into professionals who will lead the industry. Generally speaking, you will experience a combination of challenging client work, exceptional training and study towards a prestigious professional qualification.

So where do you start?

What we do is often referred to as ‘professional services’. Really, though, that doesn’t even begin to do justice to an area where the opportunities for varied, dynamic and often high-profile careers are nearly endless.

In total, over 30 specialist disciplines are on offer here – so there’s bound to be something to suit your talents and ambitions. We’ve simplified them into seven main entry routes:

Of course, where you start may not be where you end up. That’s the joy of joining a diverse firm like Deloitte: no two careers follow the same path.

The Summer Vacation Scheme

A Summer Vacation Scheme at Deloitte is your chance to explore what we do in detail – and see how you might fit in. Here’s what you can expect.

We run a handful of schemes during the summer, across most of our service lines, each lasting between 3 and 6 weeks. In that time, you’ll get involved in project work, go to client meetings, shadow senior colleagues – and possibly even travel abroad.

As well as an induction, you’ll benefit from a variety of training, from technical details to team-working.

All of this, however, is just the tip of the iceberg.

In the final week of your placement, you’ll be invited to sit a partner interview for a full time graduate position. So, if you impress us, you could go back to university with a job in your pocket.
